Binary radian (brad) also known as the binary degree, is 1/256 of a full circle or 1/2 quarter point. It is used in computing so that an angle can be efficiently represented in a single byte.
Angular mils is a unit of angular measurement equal to 1/6400 of a complete circle, or about 0.00015625 circle. At 1000 meters one mil subtends about one meter (~0,98 m). The angular mil is used for artillary calculations.
In relation to the base unit of [angle] => (radians), 1 Binary Radians (brad) is equal to 0.0245436926 radians, while 1 Angular Mils (µ mil) = 0.000981748 radians.3000 Binary Radians | to common angle units |
