An arcminute (arcmin) or minute of arc is a unit of angular measurement equal to 1/60 of one degree. Since one degree is 1/360 of a turn (or complete rotation), one minute of arc is 1/21600 of a turn (or, in radians, π/10800)
Binary radian (brad) also known as the binary degree, is 1/256 of a full circle or 1/2 quarter point. It is used in computing so that an angle can be efficiently represented in a single byte.
In relation to the base unit of [angle] => (radians), 1 Arcminutes (arcmin) is equal to 0.000290888 radians, while 1 Binary Radians (brad) = 0.0245436926 radians.3826000000 Arcminutes | to common angle units |
